He never raises his voice with people, and is fiercely loyal... except he does have a 'rage button': rude people. He can not stand those who are rude, fight dirty, or put down others. Those things irk him to the point of intervening in most cases
Background/History: Julius was the head of the First Otherworldian Airborne Strike Division before Sylvia took over, making him her mentor. He served in the military for 30 years, making him a decorated officer in their military. When Sylvia's father killed himself and her mother, Julius adopted the child, making him her legal 'father'.
There is a running rivalry between Sylvia and him, usually with the latter rising victorious. Sylvia always took the matches much more seriously than he did, as she was quite the perfectionist. However, Julius has a scar on his chest from where his protege got the better of him in a sparring match.
Desires: Julius looked for Kironin after receiving a message from Sylvia that she was getting married and was pregnant. Besides that, he has something to tell her
