Can RP occur in a character's respective room or dorm? Or does that need to be done in the Main Hall?

Good question. We haven't decided whether or not to make a board for the dorms yet, though now that I think about it, it should have already been done. If a decision is made there should be a board up very soon.
EDIT: We now have a Dormitory board. Details are in the opening thread and should be read. Hope this solves your problem ^_^
