Abilities: Unlike her older brother, Katrina is a full blown mage. She specializes in "Cold Magic" which means she is extremely gifted in water, snow, and ice magic. On the flip side she is a real dummy when it comes to "Heat Magic" which involves basically incinerating everything in ones path.
Also unlike her brother she doesn't suffer from any psychological disabilities. . . other than the huge brother complex that she has going on.
Personal Items: She wears a gold locket under her clothes that has two pictures of her and Reks. One when she was a small child and one that was the last picture they took together before he left the Roth Mansion.
Physical Description:
She usually wears mage clothing unless it's too hot outside. Then she wears short shorts and tight tank tops with flip flops, like a beach girl. She doesn't have pointed ears unless she is doing magic!
Personality: When she meets a new person she is very anti-social. She'll do anything to avoid human confrontation with new people even if it means being a complete b*tch to them. Unless Reks tells her that they aren't going to hurt them or if they are friends of Reks. That's when the brother complex comes in.
She is hopeless around Reks. She would do anything to be with him at any time of the day. Basically she would hurt anyone that "hurts" him or talks bad about him. What can ya say? She's a clingy little sister xD
Background/History: When Katrina was a little child Reks would look out for her and defend her from all of the bullies on the play ground. He was literally the nicest person on the planet towards her, even nicer than their parents. Eventually she developed a strong attachment to Reks who was eventually sent off to learn meditation. This broke Katrina's heart when she heard the news, but was quickly back to her happy mood when she was told that she could visit him on certain days of the week.
When she became of age to be sent to a magic academy she refused to go because she would be separated from Reks. So Reks bought her the locket that she never takes off and considers her most prized possession. That was when she was 12, when she got back from her second year at the academy she was told that Reks left her a letter before he left the Roth Families mansion. In it Reks told her all about his Rage and why he had to be sent away to train with monks in the art of meditation and the reasons why she never saw him practicing magic like the rest of the family. It also told her that he left to go find a way to fully get rid of his Rage and that he would return one day to see her again.
Wrought with disbelief, she turned into an isolated state that gave her the nickname "Ice Princess" at her school for being hateful and cold to anyone who approached her. When she graduated she began preparations to find Reks. . . This would be a good time to mention that she doesn't think things through all that often when it comes to her big brother. He plan was simply to find Reks, she didn't plan anything after that. After tracking down every roommate he ever had and every boss eh ever worked for she finally found the village of Alamac where apparently her brother was well known.
Desires: To find and be with Reks, the single most important person to her.
