Name: Theodore Bellême
Age: 17, August 12
Height: 5"8
Abilities: Theodore doesn't really have any special abilities to speak of. He has some skills he developed over the course of his life. He is a fantastic baker and cook, something which he loves to do, and also loves fashion and sewing. Something nobody really knows about him is that he loves to sing, though he isn't sure if he's any good at it because he's never sung in front of anyone.
Personal Items: Pair of glasses, recipe book, money.
Physical Description:
He likes to wear 18th century style clothing, a style that his family has a fondness for. His mother was also a fashion designer, so he inherited that interest from her. His clothing sometimes comes off as effeminate, and he is often mistaken for a girl due to his feminine appearance. He doesn't mind this. He wears a lot of neutral colours. Blacks and whites, pinstripes, bows, and lace.
Personality: Laid back and non-chalant, Theodore is a calm, cool, and collected individual. Being of noble stock, he's pretty much the picture of royalty. He is polite and articulate, being well versed in a number of conversational topics. He is also fluent in a variety of languages, due to political affairs.
He's actually very quiet normally, preferring to speak only when necessary, or out of politeness. Sometimes he can act a little spoiled, thinking money is no object and throws it around like its water.
He is very passionate about baking and sweets and often breaks out of his quiet shell whenever the topic arises.
Background/History: Theodore was the youngest of 6 siblings. And the only male. So he was brought up with priority over his 5 older sisters. He was often doted on by his parents, finally happy they had produced a male heir.
His childhood was very easy. He had maids to take care of everything he could have ever wanted. Though he was never really allowed to play with other children or go outside unsupervised for fear of hurting himself unnecessarily. He was handled with the utmost care as if he were made of glass. His kingdom nicknamed him "The Glass Prince" because of this.
As he grew up, he was less and less tolerable to his caretakers. He would often try and hurt himself to prove that he was able to do things every other child could do. This became a problem in the Bellême household. His parents grew worried that their heir would not live to see his coronation as king.
As her got older, Theodore realized hurting himself wasn't the best idea, and instead turned to cooking. He'd often hang around the castle kitchen and learn from the maids and cooks. This turned into a real passion of his, and he was actually quite good at it. His parents weren't too thrilled of his new found "commoner" profession, and felt it was an unneeded skill for a future ruler.
Theodore started to cook the family's meals, and also began to serve them, acting as a regular household employee, and often dressed as such. Word got out that the young prince had been acting like a commoner in his own home, and his parents grew embarrassed of their prized son.
A vote was called from the kingdom. And the kingdom voted that Theodore was not the type of King they wanted as a ruler, and thus, Theodore was stripped of his noble title of Prince.
Theodore was taken aback by his Kingdom's betrayal, but ultimately he decided to leave his city and become independent, and pursue his dream of being a great baker.
Desires: Theodore wishes to learn who he is besides "The Glass Prince". His dream is to become a baker, and work with food.
