It is the year 2059. Crime is high in a lot of places, Earth is pretty much taken over by crime, and other planets such as Suriso suffer from attacks by a kind of space-based crimanal, called The Space Pirate. They wreke havoc for the fun of it, and do any kind of crime you can think of. Deep in space is a Mothership, a place for any and all Space Pirates to live, meet other crimanals, plot crimes with them and just hang out.
But life for them isn't all fun and games.
Another group who call themselves The Crime Fighters dedicate their time to stopping crime. They're made up of Vigilantes, Bounty Hunters and members of the Galactic Police Force. A brand-new Mothership hovers in space for Crime Fighters to make themselves at home, and for people to take refuge from the space Pirates.
The Space Pirates and Crime Fighters are almost always fighting each other, weither it's The Crime Fighters trying to stop a Space Pirate crime, or The Space Pirates launching an attack against The Crime Fighters, there's no shortage of action.
