Abilities: Sylvia is strong and nimble, able to bench press a small car when pushed. She is acrobatic, and occasionally can create bursts of energy to keep her in midair for juggle attacks. She can play the piano, but only when intoxicated. All other times she is terrible. Finally, she is handy with firearms, though in most cases she will resort to fisticuffs over her trusty pistole.
Currently limited, her powers arise from an esper known as Sin. The being has no current form; however, it has molded her appearence, as seen in her red eyes and pointed ears. Sin's power grows in her as she uses her powers, though she only views it as a growing strength. Sylvia is unaware of the esper, only knowing ot it as a warmth in her. At this point, it has modified her enough that she can no longer be considered human.
Personal Items: She caries a locket with a picture of her half-brother Almaz. The picture is dated, but it's what she has been basing her search on
Physical Description: Too lazy; didn't write
Sylvia has a broken foot that's currently wrapped in a bandage. For now, one of her feet has no stocking or boot, instead just wrapped. If I remember, it's her left foot
Personality: Sylvia is of military background, and as such is harsh and unfeeling in nature. She will make cold decisions if it is for the best, even if it puts her at a loss. She views compassion as a weakness for the most part, and hates to be idle. She hardly ever sleeps due to her search, but often leaves her exhausted and asleep in random places.
She tries to keep her history to herself, but occasionally she ends up spilling the beans by accident. She usually scolds herself afterwords by leaving or by an abrubt silence followed by hours of her being quiet
Background/History: A child of rape, Sylvia is marked as impure blooded. In Otherworldian society, that places you in the lowest class of citizen and on the fast track out of your parent's house and into the state run slavery business. By showing early signs of a will to fight, she was moved into the chld soldier division
Sylvia spent all of 4 years with her parents before being sent to a military school. She doesn't even remember what her parents look like now-adays, just that she looks more like her father than her mother. She graduated fifth in her class, even though she studied as hard as she physically could. After graduation, she went to the roof of her school building and whipped herself on the back for each person who graduated higher than her. The scars remain to this day.
Training as a shocktrooper, Sylvia moved quickly up the ladder as a strong, smart, but also heartless woman. Even though she was well endowed, she never used her sexuality and rarely even acknowledged gender between people, only analyzing them into a series of numbers and statistics. Often bullied for her gender, Sylvia has long since resented her gender and often lets it off on other women by accident.
After her discharge, she returned to her childhood home only to find that her parents had died many years ago, her father killing her mother and then himself. Even with her parent's modest fortune left to her, she did not stay. Taking only a locket of her half-brother, she set off to find the only family she had left, even if he was only a fuzzy memory and a name.
Desires:Her search for Almaz has brought her to Kironin. Though she'll never admit it, she is worried about him in some maternal nature, and wants to find him before she dies.
Having given up on her search for Almaz (atleast for the time being), Sylvia wants to learn and understand the power of Sin which rests inside her
Extras: Though I mentioned that she wants to find Almaz before she dies, she is in no way dying any time soon, unless at the hand of another player. This is just to say she is determined
Sylvia is a big eater. She balances this by working out a lot, but at meals she is a serious pig
Her favorite song is Galvanize by the Chemical Brothers. Who knows why, but it is
Sylvia has an Eastern European accent, closer to Russian than anything. She's working on masking it to a more monotone voice, only because it sounds less harsh than usual
Sylvia is devoted to an Otherworldian religion known as Firian. Under this, she believes in a single diety known as The Giver, which exists in three forms: the Oracles, the Muses, and the Aura. The Oracles mark children before birth to represent if they were born of pure or tainted blood; the Muses who preach the word of The Giver; and the Aura, which represents The Giver's physical form.
-Sylvia was marked with red eyes, meaning that she was of illlegitimate birth. As such, she was forced into the lowest caste of society, marked to either serve as a soldier or a slave.
--She does not know that her markings come from an embodiment of resentment that resides in her heart. Her religion is simply a lie to supress those born with evil espers, though she does not believe so
